Payments are required for scheduling on all orders. Reschedules within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a $50.00 fee and cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a $75.00 fee. On site or in transit reschedules will incur a $100.00 fee and on site or in transit cancellations will be charged 25% of the order total, or $100, whichever is greater, plus any travel adjustments and processing fees. For all package orders, on site or in transit reschedules and cancellations will be charged 50% of the order total plus any travel fees. Always be sure to call ahead when orders include aerials. additionally, please note that some service areas have a minimum charge required for service. Don't like travel fees?
