Payments are required for scheduling on all orders. Reschedules within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a $50.00 fee and cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment will incur a $75.00 fee. On site or in transit reschedules will incur a $100.00 fee and on site or in transit cancellations will be charged 25% of the order total, or $100, whichever is greater, plus any travel adjustments and processing fees. Always be sure to call ahead when orders include aerials. Don't like travel fees? Just call first for adjustments on larger orders! Additionally, exceptions may be considered for instances of poor weather. Thank you.
